Open Enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year begins Monday, February 23, 2026 at 8:00 AM PST. The new applications have been posted below and are available for families to download, print and complete. Please mail or submit printed applications to the front office. Electronic submissions/emailed applications will not be accepted or considered for review.

Tuition Fees
Tuition Rates for 2026-2027 Academic Year (please see full application above for all fees and financial agreements)
PK1 & PK2 Programs (does not count toward any sibling discounts)
Option 1: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM – $1150.00/month
Option 2: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM – $1275.00/month
KG – 8th Grade
Option 1: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
$875.00/month for the first student
$700/month for the second student
$600/month for the third student
$500/month for the fourth or more students
Option 2: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
$1025.00/month for the first student
$850/month for the second student
$750/month for the third student
$650/month for the fourth or more students
Registration and Tuition
The registration/materials fee is due at time of registration and is non-refundable. This payment is deposited when admission is offered, regardless of student acceptance of admission.
The tuition fee is deposited on the 1st of every month (or the first day of school for the start of the year) via ACH payment plans set up by school admin.
Financial Aid
FEA tries to provide financial aid to eligible KG-8th grade families. The amount of financial aid is determined based on the family’s income and the school’s own resources. Preschool is not eligible for financial assistance.
Please ensure the most recent tax transcript (not tax return) and bank statements are included with any Financial Aid application for review. All applications are handled with high confidentiality.
Immunization Requirements
All students enrolled at Folsom Educational Academy must provide a copy of the child’s current immunizations.
California law requires that all private schools, child care centers, day nurseries, nursery schools, and development centers submit annual immunization reports on children enrolled in child care centers (CDPH 8018).
Only medical exemptions of CDPH ‘CAIR Medical Exemptions from Immunizations for School and Child Care’ can be accepted.
