Based on availability, applications will be assessed on a first-come, first-served basis, and admission is offered at our discretion based on application review and/or family interviews. If a grade is full, the application will be added to a waitlist. Registration fees will be non-refundable and deposited only once a spot is offered.

Tuition Fees
The tuition fee is due on the 1st of every month (or the first day of school for the start of the year) in the form of post-dated checks for the full school year (August thru May). Please use the following date format to write post-dated checks:
- Registration fee – today’s date
- Tuition fees
- Monthly (10 equal payments) – 8/1, 9/1, 10/1, 11/1, 12/1, 1/1, 2/1, 3/1, 4/1, 5/1
- Yearly – 8/1
Financial Aid
FEA tries to provide financial aid to eligible families. The amount of financial aid is determined based on the family’s income and the school’s own resources.
Immunization Requirements
All students enrolled at Folsom Educational Academy must provide a copy of the child’s current immunizations.
California law requires that all private schools, child care centers, day nurseries, nursery schools, and development centers submit annual immunization reports on children enrolled in child care centers (CDPH 8018).
Only medical exemptions of CDPH ‘CAIR Medical Exemptions from Immunizations for School and Child Care’ can be accepted.
